I found the staff helpful and always smiling. The room was very clean and the bed was particularly comfortable (i slept like a log!). I really liked the hotel's location, close to many restaurants. The spa facilities provided good relaxation after a day of exploring.

The minibar prices were not clearly displayed. I received an unexpected charge for consuming items! It's important to clarify these costs upfront to avoid surprises.

The breakfast had a good variety of food. The chia seed pudding was my favorite (especially with berries). The pool and spa areas looked very clean. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
The fitness center has only two machines. The panel in my bathroom was not properly tightened with screws. This could be dangerous .
